Milestone Capital successfully completes the debt refinancing of Winncare in France
Milestone Capital Partners LLP has today completed the debt refinancing of the senior facilities for Winncare in France
Winncare is a leading provider of homecare medical furniture and equipment for the elderly in France with forecast revenues of €38m and an EBITDA of €4.5m in 2010.
Post–refinancing, the original €12m senior debt facilities contracted between 2004 and 2006 will amount to only €4.5m or circa 1x EBITDA. As part of the refinancing, Winncare has completed a sale and lease-back operation providing funds for both the debt refinancing and the extension of Asklé Santé’s plant in Nimes, France.
