ACTIVITY
Max Plus is a leading French low-end-retailer headquartered near Rennes in Brittany, operating 50 directly-owned destocking shops located in the west, south-west and east of France. The group was founded 25 years ago by the Declercq family, who decided to handover their business to Paul Dehaen / Milestone to ensure its long term development.
VALUE ADDED STEPS PLANNED
Under the leadership of a newly recruited Managing Director (MBI transaction), the objective is to continue to develop the group’s turnover through new shop openings and acquisitions; while benefiting from synergies with Paul Dehaen’s wholesale activity.
