ACTIVITY
ENS France, under the brand “Neothermie”, is a network of residential boiler maintenance and replacement technicians in France. The business initially consists of four companies in the Paris area and in the North. ENS France’s objective is to buy and build a national independent network in France. The company has 15 branches serving 100,000 customers with 70,000 maintenance contracts. The maintenance market is worth €3.6bn and there are more than 20,000 small and medium sized companies in the sector. ENS France is led by Jean-Philippe Le Baron and Yvan Thorin who used to run the same network at Poweo Services in France.
VALUE ADDED STEPS PLANNED
The market is highly fragmented and consists of small independent players with no succession plan and limited local ambition. ENS France brings them both marketing and human resource skills, essential to grow the customer base, while respecting the local presence and proximity of each acquired business. The plan is to develop a national maintenance network with a strong local presence.
